REGISTERED GUEST ONLY
No unregistered overnight visitors. no parties, or loud events.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Our check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
COOKING & ODORS
Light cooking is allowed. Please avoid strong-smelling foods (e.g. durian) and always use the range of hood to ventilate.
SHORT-STAY ONLY
Residential use only; no business registration or mail/parcel forwarding to the unit.
COMMON AREA & FACILITIES
Follow the residential management rules and dry-off before using elevators.

DAMAGE & FEES
Excess cleaning, odor removal, or rule violations may incur charges and immediate eviction without refund.
